Enjoy draught cask beer at home. Barleycorn’s keeps real ales just like those in your pub for you to take home and savour in a number of different ways.
 
CARRY HOME

The Barleycorn’s flagon will keep your beer fresh for several days until you are ready to drink it. Then just put it in the fridge for 30 or 40 minutes to get it to the right temperature. Once opened the beer should be drunk straight away.
The 2 pint Barleycorn’s flagon, freshly filled whilst you wait, is just £2.75, or take a 4 pint flagon for £5.30.

PARTY BOXES

Having a party or barbeque, then try one of our party boxes. Again, freshly filled from our casks on site, they are an easy way to provide your guests with great real ale. And they’re as easy to use as a wine box and will keep for several days before being opened.
10 litres (approx. 18 pints)
Filled with our current beer on tap for £26. Usually available on demand, but we recommend you phone a day or two beforehand to ensure there is beer available.

20 litres (approx. 36 pints)
Just as easy to use as the 10 litre, but twice the size. We may be able to supply on demand, but we strongly recommend you book in advance, and select the beer you would like. Beers from local breweries can usually be obtained within a week.  Beers from other breweries are sourced through a wholesaler, who may have to order from the brewery, therefore please give as much notice as possible for these.  Beers sourced direct from the brewery up to 4.5%abv are £47, for stronger beers, or those from a wholesaler, please ask the price. A deposit of £20 is requested and local delivery can be arranged.

 
BREWERS CASKS
For the authentic experience, and larger parties, we can supply a brewers firkin of ale (about 72 pints). This requires special handling and fitments which we can provide.
The cask will need to be set up on a secure, stable surface several days before required then vented and tapped. We can do all of this for you, and provide a simple cooling system if necessary, to keep the beer at the right temperature.
The price will depend on the beer you order and the level of service you require. Please discuss it with us.
